Evaluasi Koreksi Temperatur Dan Beban (Pd T-05-2005-B)

Abstract


Akurasi evaluasi struktur perkerasan lentur menjadi penting karena keputusan strategi pemeliharaan perkerasan merupakan bagian integral sistem manajemen perkerasan berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut. Lendutan FWD merupakan salah satu cara yang ditawarkan oleh Pd T-05-2005-B (2005). Lendutan dipengaruhi temperatur perkerasan dan beban yang bekerja pada saat pengujian. Pedoman menggunakan temperatur 35oC dan beban 4.08 ton sebagai temperatur dan beban standar. Dari hasil analisis, koreksi lendutan akibat beban tidak standar dapat digunakan dan menghasilkan solusi yang akurat. Akan tetapi, koreksi lendutan akibat pengukuran pada temperatur tidak standar akan menghasilkan kesalahan lendutan, sehingga juga pada prediksi umur sisa. Kesalahan prediksi umur sisa akan semakin besar jika pengujian lendutan dilakukan semakin jauh dari temperatur standar. Koreksi lendutan disarankan diubah dengan Persamaan 19, yang akan memberikan prediksi umur sisa lebih akurat seperti tampak pada Tabel 2.

 

Optimal pavement maintenance based on evaluation of pavement structure – makes the accuracy to the evaluation is very important - as an integral pavement management system, FWD deflection is one alternatif used in Pd T-05- 2005-B (2005) for pavement structure evaluation. Deflection measured depends on pavement temperature as well as the load applied on FWD. The Guide (Pd T-05 2005-B) specified 35oC pavement temperature, and 4.08 ton of FWD loading as standard testing. Correction factors are provided when deflection test condition deviates than the standard. From this research, correction factor provided for non standard load is perfectly accurate. However, the correction factor provided for non standard pavement temperature is inaccurete. Equation 19 is proposed as better correction factor. Better accuracy of predicted pavement remaining life using the proposed equation is provided as shown on Table 2.
