ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK FISIOLOGI DAN STATISTIK PERTANDINGAN PEMAIN FUTSAL PUTRA SELAMA PERTANDINGAN

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis karakteristik fisiologi dan statistic pertandingan selama pertandingan futsal berlangsung pada 13 pemain putra semi-professional futsal di Indonesia (23.23 3.19 tahun, 169.85 4.38 cm, 65.28 5.84 kg, 55.63 5.80 ml/kg/min) dengan rata-rata 3-5 tahun berpengalaman di dunia futsal. Pengukuran meliputi intensitas pertandingan, pengeluaran energi, jarak tempuh dan kecepatan menggunakan Polar RC3 GPS, kadar asam laktat yang menggunakan Accutrend Lactate Portable, dan statistik pertandingan menggunakan GoPro Hero3+. Hasil menunjukkan pertandingan futsal dalam penelitian ini ada dalam intensitas sedang (77% HRmax) dengan kecepatan 5.04 m/s, dan profil aktivitasnya didominasi maximal-speed running (40% dari pertandingan). Total rata-rata jarak yang ditempuh dalam pertandingan sekitar 2378 meter, pengeluaran energi 557 kkal dan kadar asam laktat 5.79 mmol/L. Sedangkan hasil statistic pertandingan didapat persentase passing sukses dan gagal sebesar 86% vs 14% serta shoot on dan shoot off sebesar 56% vs 44%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagai pemain futsal harus memiliki kemampuan fisiologi yang tinggi dan penempatan profil aktivitas selama pertandingan dapat mengindikasi kemampuan fisik para pemain untuk optimasi formula program latihan secara spesifik.References
