Pengaruh Latihan Small Sided Games Terhadap Ketepatan Passing Pada Pemain Sepak Bola

Tingginya tingkat akurasi passing pemain menjadi factor penentu dalam keberhasilan kompetisi sepak bola. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis metode latihan small side games terhadap akurasi passing. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. 30 pemain sepak bola tingkat SMA ikut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini (usia 16.26 0.98 tahun, Berat badan 49.49 1.75 kg, Tinggi badan 158.30 3.26 cm). Dimana terdapat dua kelompok (kelompok eksperimen dan control) yang akan diberikan treatment latihan small sided games dan latihan passing berpasangan 2 x seminggu selama 2 bulan atau 16 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan small side games berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akurasi passing (p=0.001) dibandingkan dengan latihan passing berpasangan (p=0.128). Dengan demikian metode latihan small side games dapat dijadikan sebagai reference bagi para pelatih dalam meningkatkan akurasi passing pemain sepak bola. sehingga harapan sebuah tim untuk menciptakan permainan yang baik dalam sebuah pertandingan dapat terwujud yang nantikan akan membawa tim menjadi juara.
