ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK FISIOLOGI PEMAIN HOCKEY 5?S SAAT PERTANDINGAN

Hockey 5?s merupakan format baru dari permainan hockey, belum ada penelitian yang memaparkan tentang karakteristik fisiologi pemain Hockey 5?s. Karakteristik fisiologi permainan Hockey 5?s penting diketahui untuk membantu para pelatih membuat program latihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rata-rata denyut jantung, kecepatan berlari, jarak tempuh dan pengeluaran energi pemain Hockey 5?s saat pertandingan. Sebanyak 14 pemain putra (umur: 20,00 1,36 tahun; tinggi badan: 167,86 7,32 cm; berat badan: 58,01 1,53 kg) berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Keseluruhan sampel penelitian merupakan pemain Hockey yang bermain di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Polar RC3 GPS digunakan untuk menghitung denyut jantung, pengeluaran energi, kecepatan berlari, dan jarak tempuh pemain. Secara keseluruhan pemain putra bermain selama 916,14 44,00 detik. Rata-rata denyut jantung pemain adalah 181 4 bpm. Rata-rata kecepatan berlari pemain Hockey 5?s adalah 6,44 0,46 km/h. Jarak tempuh pemain adalah 1273,52 105,67 meter.
