Abstract

Water is a basic element of a multi-purpose nature that is needed by humans to perform their daily activities, such as bathing, cooking and others. Based on Central Bureau of Statistics (2007), there are still 21.1% of the people of Indonesia who are still experiencing water shortage problems. One area that has quite a complicated problem is Angke Coastal Estuary. The analysis in this study is divided into two parts, the first part of the method of Analytical Network Process (ANP) to obtain the priority order of the factors that affect the provision of sustainable water systems and the second by adopting techniques to obtain the order of priority skalogram alternative water supply systems that can be sustained applied in Muara Angke. Based on the analysis, the environmental criteria are criteria that most affect the provision of clean water systems in coastal areas and social criteria are not considered to be most affected. Meanwhile, sub-criteria of the most influential in the provision of clean water systems in the coastal region is sub-criteria for public participation. Types of alternative water supply systems are most applicable in coastal areas is a system of rainwater (PAH) are cultivated by individual communities and groups.
