Abstrak

Jembatan Dr. Ir. Soekarno merupakan jembatan bentang panjang yang menjadi landmark bagi Kota Manado. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan Jembatan Dr. Ir. Soekarno, maka diperlukan evaluasi yang terintegrasi terhadap keandalan kondisi fisik jembatan. Analisis ini dilaksanakan untuk melakukan pekerjaan review dan evaluasi terhadap integritas struktur Jembatan Dr. Ir. Soekarno secara keseluruhan. Setiap bentuk struktur memiliki karakteristik frekuensi alami yang menggambarkan kekuatan, kekakuan dan integritas struktur. Data rekam getaran (time domain) dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui frekuensi alami. Sumber data rekam getaran adalah data uji beban dinamik dan data rekam sensor sensor accelerometer. Persepsi dan tingkat kenyamanan pengguna jembatan dievaluasi melalui analisis data rekam getaran. Sensor accelerometer merekam getaran pada arah X, Y, dan Z. Analisis Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) digunakan untuk mengubah domain waktu ke domain frekuensi. Grafik domain frekuensi disaring dengan rumus ISO 2631-1. Persepsi dan tingkat kenyamanan para pengguna Jembatan Dr. Ir. Soekarno masih dalam kondisi nyaman, maka jembatan tersebut bisa dikatakan laik guna untuk dilalui kendaraan. Berdasarkan Distribusi Weibull, Jembatan Dr. Ir. Soekarno dapat digunakan hingga 100 tahun sesuai dengan masa layan rencana.


Abstract

Dr. Ir. Soekarno Bridge is the long span bridge which to be the Manado city landmark. To calculate the Dr. Ir. Soekarno Bridge’s feasibility, integrated evaluation need to know the bridge physical condition reliability. The purpose of this analysis is for reviewing and evaluating the entire Dr. Ir. Soekarno Bridge integrity. Every structure has natural frequency characteristic, which describes the structure strength, stiffness and integrity. The vibration record data sources are dynamic loading test and accelerometer sensor records. Perception and comfortable level the bridge users evaluated by the vibration record data. Perception and comfortable level the bridge users evaluated by the vibration record data. The accelerometer sensors records on X, Y, and Z directions. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis carries out to exchange time domain to frequency domain. The frequency domain graphics filtered by ISO 2631-1 formula. Perception and comfortable level the Dr. Ir. Soekarno Bridge users are still in the comfort condition, so this bridge is proper to pass through the vehicles. Based on the Weibull Distribution, Dr. Ir. Soekarno Bridge has service life until 100 years as long as the plan service life.
