Abstrak
Kemajuan teknologi informasi dalam industri konstruksi mendorong penggunaanBuilding Information Modeling (BIM)dalam proyek dengan metodeIntegrated Project Delivery (IPD)untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan proyek. BIM memungkinkan koordinasi lintas disiplin melalui fiturclash detectiondanclash avoidanceguna mendeteksi serta mencegah benturan antar elemen desain sejak tahap awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran BIM dalam mengoptimalkan konstruktabilitas proyek IPD melalui pendekatanSystematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi BIM dan IPD tidak hanya mendukung kolaborasi antarpemangku kepentingan tetapi juga mengurangi kesalahan desain, mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan, dan menekan biaya konstruksi. Namun, beberapa keterbatasan, seperti ketergantungan pada kualitas data input, komunikasi antardisiplin, serta teknologi prediksi benturan, masih perlu diatasi untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Abstract
Advances in information technology in the construction industry encourage the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in projects using the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of project implementation. BIM enables cross-disciplinary coordination through clash detection and clash avoidance features to detect and prevent clashes between design elements from an early stage. This research aims to identify the role of BIM in optimizing the constructability of IPD projects through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study results show that the integration of BIM and IPD not only supports collaboration between stakeholders but also reduces design errors, speeds up implementation time, and reduces construction costs. However, several limitations, such as dependence on input data quality, interdisciplinary communication, and collision prediction technology, still need to be overcome to achieve optimal results.
