Abstract

Abstrak

Di Indonesia, Panduan Pemeriksaan Jembatan Direktorat Jenderal Bina  Marga 1993 sampai dengan saat ini masih digunakan sebagai panduan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan jembatan. Namun, panduan tersebut tidak menyediakan pendekatan sistematis mengintegrasikan hasil penilaian dari hierarki terendah ke hierarki yang lebih tinggi sehingga mengakibatkan penilaian akhir rentan terhadap isu inkonsistensi dan sangat tergantung pada penilaian subjektif pemeriksa. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan model asesmen baru untuk menilai dan menentukan nilai kondisi setiap level kondisi jembatan. Model ini menggunakan Analytic Network Process untuk menentukan bobot elemen dan kerusakan elemen dan metode Delphi untuk mendapatkan konsensus dari pemeriksa jembatan untuk ketergantungan antar-kerusakan elemen. Nilai kondisi jembatan ditentukan dari skor rata-rata tertimbang akhir yang dinyatakan dari 0 sampai dengan 100 dengan nilai 0 berarti tidak terjadi kerusakan dan 100 terjadi kerusakan secara menyeluruh.Uji cobatelah dilakukan untuk menunjukkan aplikabilitasnya dengan hasil yang memuaskan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the 1993 Inspection Guideline of Directorate General of Highway has traditionally been being used for years. However, the main drawback of this guideline is that it does not provide a systematic approach to translate damages at the lowest level into the higher ones, making the resulting ratings prone to inconsistency issues and heavily dependent upon subjective assessments of bridge raters. To address this problem, this research proposes a new model for assessing and determining bridge condition states at different levels of assessment. The developed model employed the Analytical Network Process to assign weights for elements and elemental damages and Delphi method to build consensus among bridge raters for bridge damage interdepencies. The bridge condition state is expressed on the weighted average score that runs from 0 to 100 with 0 denoting "no damage" and 100 "completely damaged." Apilot test has been conducted to demonstrate its applicability with satisfactory result.
