Retraction
Withdrawing the manuscript is unethical because in the submission process, the author stated that the article is not being reviewed and will be published in another journal.
Withdrawing manuscripts also wastes the time and effort of editors, reviewers, and publishers who have processed them.
If the author insists on withdrawing the manuscript while it is under peer review, the author will be fined Rp 500,000 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty. Withdrawal of manuscripts after being accepted for publication will be subject to a fine of Rp 750,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the author fully pays the withdrawal penalty. Authors who do not agree to pay fines will be blacklisted for publication in this journal.
The publisher will only withdraw the manuscript if the following is proven:
- Data falsification, miscalculation, and experimental errors
- Plagiarism
- The results of an unethical study
